- The owner, Mark, could not have been more gracious. Whether it was opening doors, helping with luggage, offering helpful advice, going over everything in great detail, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The breakfast was delicious, bountiful, and pleasing. Best scone I have ever had. I would certainly stay here again.
- Comfortable, clean accommodations right in Manayunk. Walking distance to restaurants, trails, Pretzel Park & the train station. Fantastic breakfast! Mark is wonderfully attentive! Cannot compare to a hotel in the least.
- Located a few steps from downtown Manayunk Main Street. A charming and exquisitely well-kept B&B with great attention to details. The owner is lovely and a perfect host. He is passionate about his Guest House and role in making his guests feel welcome. We spent a few nights here and plan to return.
- From the moment you enter the 1800's parlor in the Chamberhouse you have arrived in an art gallery. A barogue like setting so inviting you want to stay forever. The room is filled with music, paintings, art, sculptures, high ceilings and crown moldings. My favorite things kept drawing me in: books, coffee, wine, chocolates and classical music. Our stay was relaxing and peaceful. The hospitality and the homemade pastries for breakfast were incredible too!
